CANDYCOATEDGIRLS.COM
'For Girls Bi Girls

By Lynn Sharifi

CandyCoatedGirls.com is an on-line plethora of sensual femininity designed "for girls bi girls," where the boys aren’t allowed in. Not like the typical adult website of stylized erotica provoking admiration of design or hardcore money shots soliciting solo-stroker billfolds, these girls are all about having some real fun. Bent on indie punk pin-up chics, on-lookers can appreciate their favorite girl in a variety of candid moments or they can chat with them in the member’s only section. Navigation is easy and for the frequent fliers, content is updated on a regular basis. Candy, the wizard behind this operation has full control, designing the visuals, writing content and selecting the girls. Not to mention covering each model with her candy signature, hence the name CandyCoatedGirls. I grabbed the chance of meeting her at the launch party on August 10th at the Fenix. She had an infectious personality and energy that illuminated her presence everywhere she went, with her neon pink wig, signature panty and knee-hi go-go boots, Candy was in full party mode promoting the site. Some of her models and photographers were also there packing the club full that night.

Since one person runs CandyCoatedGirls, you can get a pretty good sense at what her tastes in girls are. Candy states, "I go for real girls who like each other…I go for girls w/ real character, personality, flare. I go for the girls you’ll see at the club downtown in Seattle w/ the pink hair and star tats. I go for the girls who love to actually make out when no boys are around (not the one’s who do it for the $$ or for the boyfriend)." A lot of the pics are with Candy and a model in playful poses seemingly oblivious to their surroundings or the camera. The girls are primarily from the Seattle area. I asked her if this will be a Seattle exclusive site or are there any chances of expanding. "When I make it big and can afford to travel or send girls to Seattle, I'll expand. Until then, it's pretty focused on the Seattle and surrounding areas. If girls want to travel here on their own, I'd love to shoot with them!" Any girls interested in modeling can contact her through modeling@candycoatedgirls.com.

Besides the visual erotic, "sex positive" seems to be the underlying message. For girls that are perusing the site, this can be comforting since the majority of adult sites strive for more "bang for your buck" and the visuals can be nonetheless forgetful. In her quest to revitalize fun erotica art she concludes, "I want to attempt to redefine the erotic art scene and capture actual passion with girls. I use girls specifically for a couple of reasons. For one...I love them and it is my site! Also, girls tend to be soft, sensual, and snugglers… I am also targeting girls as my audience. In many shoots we just sit and snuggle, hold hands, kiss softly, and let me tell you that can heat things up MUCH faster than a boy holding his cock in his hand expecting me to cram it in my throat."

As the site continues to grow, you can expect additions to facilitate a more communal experience such as a cam section, journals and a forum. Much of the style particularly of the models reminds me a little of SuicideGirls.com. When I brought this up, Candy mentioned, "My site is a little more ‘candy coated’ than suicide girls...but don't get me wrong...I LOVE the tats and piercings. It's not a requirement though." CandyCoatedGirls.com is a breath of fresh air in an industry inundated with hardcore imagery and forgetful personalities. This site is designed for the girl voyeur in mind. Still in its infancy, the site will continue to expand adding to its stable of beautiful models and user-friendly options. If you’re interested in becoming a part of the action or just checking it out go to www.CandyCoatedGirls.com and tour through the freebie section. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
